Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026 (version PP-2026-1)
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus-Cloud, Corp. handles personal data when you visit the Nexus Cloud website or send us one of its forms. We collect only what we need to respond to you, and we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tags.
Who we are
1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus-Cloud, Corp. ("Nexus Cloud", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit our website at nexus-cloud.co (the "Website") or submit one of its forms.
1.2 Nexus-Cloud, Corp. has its registered address at 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Suite B #1681, Claymont, DE 19703, USA.
1.3 For the processing described in this Privacy Policy, Nexus Cloud is the controller: we decide why and how your personal data is used.
1.4 Privacy contact: sales@nexus-cloud.co (please write "Privacy request" in the subject line). We have not appointed a data protection officer.
What this Privacy Policy covers
2.1 This Privacy Policy covers visits to the Website and the three Website forms: Book a Demo, Contact Sales (including "Book a call with our team") and Become a Partner.
2.2 The Website does not offer pricing, checkout or payment, and does not itself collect account or sign-up details. It has a "Sign in" link for existing users of our products and a "Start free trial" link to the sign-up page of our products. Personal data you give when you sign up for a trial or an account, and your use of the products, are processed in the products under the terms and privacy information presented there, not under this Privacy Policy. Following either link does not pass your form entries or any tracking information to the products.
2.3 This Privacy Policy does not cover personal data processed within Nexus Signage, Nexus Queue or Nexus Surveys on behalf of our customers. That processing is governed by each customer's agreement with us. If you are a member of the public whose data is processed through a customer's use of our products, please contact that organisation first.

3.4 Technical details recorded with each submission
When you send a form, we also record which form you used and the page it was sent from, the language version of the Website, the date and time the form was displayed and received, the version of the consent wording you were shown and that you ticked the box, a reference number for your request, and a keyed one-way code derived from your email address, used to detect repeated submissions and to find your request if you ask us about it. We do not record your browser type, device identifiers, the page you came from, campaign parameters or cookies with your submission.
3.5 Submissions we do not keep
Each form contains a hidden field and a timing check to detect automated submissions. Submissions that fail these checks are discarded without being stored. Submissions that look like spam may be stored and marked for review, and submissions from blocked senders are stored, marked as blocked and not sent to anyone.
Data collected when you browse the Website
4.1 No cookies, analytics or advertising tags. The Website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not store anything in your browser to track you.
4.2 IP address. Our web server receives your IP address, as any website does, to deliver pages, and records it in server access logs that we keep for 30 days. When you submit a form, our form service uses your IP address in memory only, converted with a keyed one-way code that changes daily, to limit the number of submissions from one connection; the IP address itself is not stored with your submission.
4.3 Fonts. The fonts used on the Website are served from our own Website. Your browser does not request fonts from a third party.
The checkbox on our forms
5.1 Each form shows this statement next to a checkbox that you must tick before sending: "I agree that Nexus Cloud may use the information I provide to respond to my request, as described in the Privacy Policy."
5.2 By ticking the box you consent to us using your information to respond to your request as described in this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (section 11). Withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out.
5.3 Ticking the box does not sign you up for marketing. We do not send marketing emails to people who submit these forms.

8.1 Our team. Your submission is sent by email to the Nexus Cloud sales team at sales@nexus-cloud.co, who route it to the right person.
8.2 Service providers. We use service providers to run the Website and the forms: OVHcloud hosts the Website and our form service, including storage and backups, and our email and mailbox providers deliver and store the notification emails. They act on our instructions and may use your data only to provide their services to us.
8.3 Partners. We do not pass your enquiry to resellers, distributors or other third parties.
8.4 Others. We may disclose personal data to professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality, to authorities where the law requires it, and to a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is reorganised or sold.
8.5 We do not sell your personal data.
How we protect your data
9.1 We protect your data with measures appropriate to the risk, including: encryption of stored submissions; encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website; collecting only the data listed in this Privacy Policy; keyed one-way codes in place of email and IP addresses for duplicate and abuse checks; operational logs that exclude names, email addresses, messages and IP addresses; rate limits and size limits on form submissions; and access to stored submissions limited to authorised staff.
9.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your data
| Record | How long we keep it |

Your rights

- ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
- complain to a data-protection authority.
11.2 To make a request, email sales@nexus-cloud.co with "Privacy request" in the subject line. If you have it, include the reference number shown when you sent the form; otherwise give the email address you used. We may need to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 days.
11.3 You can complain to the data-protection authority in your country, for example the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia, or your local supervisory authority in the European Union or the United Kingdom. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
International transfers
12.1 Nexus-Cloud, Corp. is registered in the United States, and our Website and form service are hosted by OVHcloud. Your personal data may therefore be stored or accessed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
13.1 The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
14.1 The Website links to other sites, including the product sign-in and sign-up pages. Their own privacy information applies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
15.1 We will update this Privacy Policy when our processing changes. Each version has an effective date and version identifier. Our forms record which version of the consent wording you saw.
Language
16.1 This Privacy Policy may be provided in other languages for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version prevails, unless the law that applies requires otherwise.
